Job Summary
A company based in Accra is seeking to recruit the services of a Personal Assistant for a Manager. The role includes directly working with the manager to implement the company objectives.We are looking for a responsible Personal Assistant to provide personalized secretarial and administrative support in a well-organized and timely manner. You will work on a one-to-one basis on a variety of tasks related to manager’s working life and communication.

Act as the point of contact between the manager and internal / external clientsHandle requests and queries appropriatelyManage diary and schedule meetings and appointmentsSource office supplies, maintain a clean and tidy officeNote expenditure and take recordsProduce reports, presentations and briefsDevise and maintain office filing systemRequirements and skills
Proven work experience as a Personal AssistantDiscretion and confidentiality in handling company information and documentationKnowledge of office management systems and proceduresKnowledge of Project management and contract executionMS Office and English proficiencyOutstanding organizational and time management skillsUp-to-date with latest office gadgets and applicationsAbility to multitask and prioritize daily workloadExcellent verbal and written communications skillsImportant Safety Tips
