Job description

A UK-based digital agency is seeking a Finance & Administrative Officer to join its remote team from Ghana. In this role, you’ll assist with key financial processes and administrative coordination to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities :

Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial and administrative records.

Process invoices, payments, and expense reports.

Perform bank reconciliations and support month-end reporting.

Communicate with vendors and internal teams to resolve discrepancies.

Manage data and reports in Excel and accounting systems.

Upload and track documents in shared systems.

Provide general admin support to assist the UK finance and operations team.

Comfortable supporting international teams and managing deadlines.

Detail-driven, dependable, and eager to grow in a long-term role.

Adaptable, resourceful, and confident using new tools and systems.

Compensation & Benefits :

Salary : R6,500 - R8,000 per month (based on experience)

40 days of paid leave annually

Fully remote role with growth opportunities in a UK-based organisation

Minimum 2 years of experience in finance, accounting, or administration.

Knowledge of bookkeeping and financial documentation.

Strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills.

Familiarity with Xero or similar software is a plus.

Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage tasks independently.

Strong communication skills and reliability in remote work environments.
