We’re Hiring – Fleet & Transport Officer

We seek a highly organized and detail-oriented Fleet & Transport Officer to join our Distribution team. The successful candidate will play a vital role in managing and coordinating the company’s fleet of vehicles to ensure efficiency, safety, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare transport schedules and ensure adherence to policies and timelines

Assign drivers to vehicles and monitor utilization

Ensure vehicles meet safety standards and legal requirements (licenses, insurance, etc.)

Monitor driver performance, safety, and compliance issues

Oversee completion of logbooks and transport records

Provide administrative support and driving assistance when required

Requirements

A degree in Mechanical Engineering, Transport & Logistics, or a related field

Minimum 3 years of experience in fleet / transport management

Strong knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel

Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills

Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks effectively
