Appolonia, a partnership between Rendeavour, Africa’s leading urban land developer and local communities, is a fully master-planned, mixed-use and mixed-income urban development in the Greater Accra Metropolitan.
Appolonia aims to strengthen its core team by hiring a talented and Experience Real Estate Advisor.
The Real Estate Advisor’s role is to identify new sales leads, schedule site visits, and participate in fairs, presentations & exhibitions to promote the sales revenues for the residential developments in Appolonia City. The role also involves assisting the Head of Sales and Marketing in executing objectives, strategies and action plans to improve sales earnings of the residential developments at Appolonia City.
Key Responsibilities
- Liaising with buyers and providing them with details of all Appolonia products inter alia price, size and location.
- Prospecting, originating and closing sales.
- Building a good knowledge of the property market both at the local and international levels and providing clients with required information to influence purchase decisions.
- Assisting the Head of Sales and Marketing in planning and coordinating open days or other initiatives to develop new leads and increase sales.
- Developing well-established links with agencies and brokerage houses to assist in the sales process and drive.
- Performing administrative duties and attending seminars / trade show exhibitions to receive information relevant to the market as required.
- Assisting the Head of Sales and Marketing in hosting client presentations where required with a view to increasing the Appolonia client database.
- Developing and maintaining relationships with potential key clients as well as understanding their business needs
- Collating market data and intelligence on all Rendeavour's key markets in Ghana and provide monthly report on trends.
- All other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Head of Sales and Marketing.
Requirements
At least 3 years of experience in sales and marketing of real estate products or liaising with companies on real estate or business development matters.Responsible experience in real estate development and sales.Wide and productive network in Ghanaian and international business circles.A bachelor’s degree or equivalent in sales, marketing or business studies in a recognised institution would be an added advantage.Soft skills
