Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled web developer who will be responsible for developing and / or designing websites for our company. You will be working alongside a team of other developers in creating, maintaining, and updating our websites.

Job Description :

  • Website Development and Maintenance :  Develop and maintain our clients’ websites using WordPress, PHP, CSS, and others ensuring functionality, responsiveness, and optimal user experience.
  • Collaborate with the design team to implement visually appealing and user-friendly web designs.
  • Create and customize WordPress themes and plugins to meet specific project requirements.
  • Conduct regular website updates, including content management, feature enhancements, and bug fixes.
  • Digital Marketing Strategy and Implementation :  Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to drive traffic, generate leads, and increase brand visibility.
  • Manage and optimize digital marketing campaigns, including search engine optimization (SEO), search engine marketing (SEM), social media marketing, email marketing, and content marketing.
  • Perform keyword research and utilize SEO best practices to improve website ranking and organic traffic.
  • Monitor website analytics and generate reports to track performance, identify trends, and suggest optimizations.
  • Content Management :  Create and update website content, including text, images, and multimedia elements.
  • Write engaging and compelling copy for website pages, blog posts, social media, and
  • other digital platforms.
  • Ensure content is optimized for SEO, aligns with brand guidelines, and provides value to the target audience.
  • Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) :  Identify opportunities to improve website conversion rates and user engagement
  • through A / B testing, user feedback analysis, and data-driven insights.
  • Implement strategies to enhance user experience, increase website conversions, and optimize landing pages.
  • Website Security and Performance :  Monitor website security and implement necessary measures to protect against threats and vulnerabilities.
  • Optimize website performance, including page speed, loading times, and mobile responsiveness.

    • Qualifications :

  • Proven experience as a Web Developer, preferably with extensive knowledge in WordPress development.
  • Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP.
  • Strong understanding of SEO principles and best practices.
  • Experience with digital marketing techniques, including SEM, social media marketing, and email marketing.
  • Knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Ads, and other digital marketing tools.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects with competing deadlines.
