Looking for a young and active Female Front Desk Officer who can efficiently communicate.

Job Description / Requirements
Duties :
Greet guests and provide them with superb customer service.Reception of customers' laundry and preparing invoices, issuing receipts for payments made, and keeping accurate records.Ensure the front desk is neat, presentable, and equipped with all the necessary supplies such as pens, forms, and paper.Answer all client questions and incoming calls.Redirect phone calls to the appropriate department and take down messages.Accept all letters and packages, and distribute them to their appropriate departments.Monitor, organize and forward emails.Track and order office equipment and supplies.Maintain records and files.Duties :
Person should be very well spoken in English, and very well-mannered, with excellent customer service qualities and experience.Would prefer only FemalePerson should live around Haatso, Madina, Adenta Achimota, Agbogba and it's environsLocation : North Legon
