Job Summary

Looking for a young and active Female Front Desk Officer who can efficiently communicate.

  • Minimum Qualification : High School (S.S.C.E)
  • Experience Level : Entry level
  • Experience Length : 1 year

Job Description / Requirements

Duties :

  • Greet guests and provide them with superb customer service.
  • Reception of customers' laundry and preparing invoices, issuing receipts for payments made, and keeping accurate records.
  • Ensure the front desk is neat, presentable, and equipped with all the necessary supplies such as pens, forms, and paper.
  • Answer all client questions and incoming calls.
  • Redirect phone calls to the appropriate department and take down messages.
  • Accept all letters and packages, and distribute them to their appropriate departments.
  • Monitor, organize and forward emails.
  • Track and order office equipment and supplies.
  • Maintain records and files.
  • Duties :

  • Person should be very well spoken in English, and very well-mannered, with excellent customer service qualities and experience.
  • Would prefer only Female
  • Person should live around Haatso, Madina, Adenta Achimota, Agbogba and it's environs
  • Location : North Legon
