Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven HR business partner to align our HR initiatives and functions with business objectives and business needs. Duties for the HR business partner will include aligning staff to business objectives, recruiting the right talent, enhancing staff performance, supporting employee development, enhancing recruitment efforts, planning strategic HR initiatives, managing HR consultants, running orientation and onboarding processes, communicating role expectations, designing succession plans, maintaining staff relations, managing internships, updating policies and practices, and overseeing wellness and health initiatives. Your experience in human resources management will aid our organization in adding value to overall business objectives, providing HR solutions, resolving personnel grievances, retaining a talented workforce, and ensuring compliance with regulations.

Responsibilities :
To formulate and implement the Talent Strategy, aligned to the Group Strategy, providing an effective and efficient level of service, as well as ensuring that the Talent team meets and exceeds the needs and requirements of the Group in a professional manner.Plan and direct the business outcomes of the Talent Unit, across the HR Value Chain in order to ensure the effective and efficient operation of the country Implement value added solutions across our Employee Experience that align with the businessSupport the Leadership & Management team with people and business insights that informs and builds expertise in : career planning, performance management, data analysis, compensation and rewards, employee relations, learning and development, recognition programs, and strategic development.Identify trends in both qualitative and quantitative data to help improve our employee experienceConsult with leaders & managers to execute our integrated talent strategy & influence lasting changeContribute to building a positive reputation and meaningful relationship between the Talent team and the business.Represent the voice of the employer, with empathy of the employee.Have a true understanding of the business from a macro and micro level to truly deliver based on agency nuances.Be proactive in driving positive employee engagement.Competencies : Leadership
