Job Summary

We are searching for a persuasive showroom manager to set and smash our sales targets. To achieve these objectives, the showroom manager will be required to oversee the design of the showroom, coach and mentor employees, and monitor inventory. As an expert in sales techniques, you will also be required to attract and secure business.

Job Description / Requirements

Responsibilities :

Showroom Operations : Manage the day-to-day operations of the showroom, ensuring it is presentable, organized, and conducive to a positive customer experience.

Customer Service : Provide outstanding customer service, greet visitors, and assist them in product selection, offering expert advice on interior design concepts.

Sales Management : Achieve showroom sales targets and contribute to the overall revenue growth of the company.

Product Knowledge : Develop a deep understanding of our marble and granite products, their features, and their applications, in order to effectively address customer inquiries.

Interior Design Consultation : Utilize your interior design experience to guide customers in making informed decisions for their design projects, suggesting suitable marble and granite solutions.

Maintain Inventory : Monitor and manage showroom inventory levels, ensuring an adequate supply of products for display and sales.

Team Leadership : Supervise showroom sales representatives, providing training, coaching, and support to maximize their performance and create a customer-focused environment.

Marketing and Promotion : Collaborate with the marketing team to implement showroom-specific marketing strategies, promotions, and events to attract potential customers.

Record Keeping : Maintain accurate records of sales, customer inquiries, and showroom activities.

Market Research : Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor offerings, and customer preferences to enhance the showroom's competitive edge.

Performs any other duties that may be assigned from time to time.

Requirements :

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Interior Design, or a related field.

Proven experience as a Showroom Manager or in a similar customer-facing role within the interior design industry.

Minimum experience required is three(3) years.

Strong knowledge of interior design concepts, materials, and trends.

Exceptional customer service and sales skills, with a passion for delivering an excellent customer experience.

Leadership and team management abilities, with a track record of motivating and leading teams to achieve targets.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers and team members.

Organizational skills and attention to detail to maintain a well-organized showroom environment.

Proficiency in using MS Office and sales-related software.

A creative mindset with a keen eye for aesthetics and design.

Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends or evenings, as per the showroom's operational requirements.
