Job Description / Requirements
Key Responsibilities :
Brand Expertise :
Develop a deep understanding of our brand and ensure that all creative materials align with our brand identity and guidelines.Collaborate with the marketing team to refine and evolve our brand messaging and visual style.UI & UX Design :
Create user-friendly and visually appealing website and app designs that enhance the user experience.Conduct user research and testing to continually improve our digital interfaces.Concept Creation and Actualization :
Ideate and develop creative concepts for marketing campaigns, product launches, and other initiatives.Translate concepts into compelling visuals, graphics, and multimedia content.Video Production :
Plan, script, and direct video shoots to produce high-quality promotional videos, tutorials, and other video content.Edit and enhance video footage to create engaging and shareable content.Photography :
Capture high-resolution images for use in marketing materials, website, and social media.Retouch and edit photos to maintain consistency with brand standards.Collaboration :
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and product development, to ensure creative assets align with business objectives.Collaborate with external agencies, photographers, and videographers when necessary.Requirements :
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Communication Design or a related field.Proven experience in UI & UX design, branding, concept development, video production, and photography.Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).Strong portfolio showcasing a range of creative projects and deliverables.Excellent communication and presentation skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.Creative thinker with a keen eye for detail and design aesthetics.Preferred Qualifications :
Experience with animation and motion graphics.Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and web design principles.Familiarity with marketing automation tools and content management systems.Video editing skills using software such as Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut ProImportant Safety Tips
