Job Summary
We are looking for NSS personnel's for an Administrative Office Assistant role with excellent communication skills and an upbeat attitude. Candidates should be able to assist management and all visitors to the company by handling office tasks, providing polite and professional assistance via phone, mail, and e-mail, making reservations or travel arrangements, and generally being a helpful and positive presence in the workplace.

Job Description / Requirements
Key Responsibilities :
Provide full admin support to the team and departmentPerform data-entry, documentation, printing and filling dutiesMaintain a proper and user friendly filing and document control system for recording and tracking of all documentsSupport the officers in daily admin roles and to keep stock of stationary supplies for the departmentPut up purchase requests for all approved purchases for the necessary approvals and verify invoices for the raised purchases upon delivery of goods and services.Create and maintain useful databases for the departmentPerform some research duties as and when required by the teamAssist the Dept head to maintain a proper attendance and tracking report for the Dept.Assist on any ad-hoc tasks as required by the dept.1Provide secretarial assistance to Head of Department, Regional Manager producing quotation letters, memos, reports, filing; and general administration for the sales department / company.Should be thorough with all administrative tasks.Must have knowledge of computer programs including Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point.Produce weekly and monthly reports for management within required deadlines.Make telephone enquiries from prospective customers regarding both forthcoming and existing offers.Keep databases on Excel up to date.Prepares and sends couriers, orders stationery and supplies for office, handles incoming and outgoing mail, maintains central filing system that includes setting up contracts / correspondence binders.Knowledge and Skills :
