Job Summary
We are looking for a Senior QA Automation leader, with proven experience in understanding, benchmarking, defining, and delivering quality assurance automation processes and programs. Realizing that our clients are of varying QA automation maturity levels, this individual should understand current automation tool options and general best practices in order to make client recommendations as well as support the implementation of these tools and processes together with other QA team members. This individual is comfortable being the face to the client for stakeholder alignment, updates, and progress communications to IT directors and managers.

Responsibilities :
Support client partners regarding QA automation inquiries and recommendationsDefine and continually improve test automation tool selections and processesStay abreast of new QA test methodologies and tools that increase efficiencyEnable continuous education and cross-skilling of QA and Engineering membersLead and communicate the status of testing initiatives to client stakeholdersAct as the primary point of contact for the quality assurance practice in NordicsReport to Engineering Director / Product Managers on overall QA status and progress on client projectsSupport building a quality-driven engineering culture that delivers value rapidly and with good confidenceResponsible for end-to-end test coverage and ensuring the right mix of automated vs manual test casesContinually improve the use of cloud infrastructure, tools, and processesContinually create and enhance QA process documentation and sales collateralOwn the creation of quality metrics to measure, monitor solution performancePlan, develop, and execute test strategy across client products and platformEnsure traceability of requirements throughout functional tests and defect listsAct as QA advisor, Automation Lead for one or more teams on client projectsSupport onshore, nearshore, and offshore QA team member coordination.Qualifications :
8+ years of overall Quality Assurance and Test Engineering experience5+ years of hands-on experience in where you played a key role in building and enhancing a QA automation function5+ years experience in testing, automation, performance and load and security testingGood understanding of building modern automation framework using WebdriverExperience developing test deliverables like test plans, test cases, test data, traceability matrixExperience with product development life cycle and test cycles (e.g. unit, integration, smoke), including test approach and case reviewExperience with AWS or Azure cloud platform build and test automation capabilitiesExperience with Docker and Kubernetes automated deploymentsExperience with CI / CD pipelines such as GitLab CI, JenkinsExperience with BDD / TDD and tools like CucumberExperience integrating QA validation tools like Snyk, SonarQubeExperience with Selenium / Webdriver, Cypress, or AppiumExperience with scripting languages like Javascript, NodeJS, Python, or PerlBachelors in Computer Science, Engineering discipline or equivalent experience.Native Danish speakingImportant Safety Tips
