Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Online Marketer to manage and execute digital marketing strategies. The ideal candidate will have at least three years of verifiable full-time work experience in organic and paid marketing, social media management, and content distribution, with a strong focus on the crypto space. This role is strictly open to candidates based in Accra, Ghana, with a verified track record in handling major online marketing projects.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement paid marketing campaigns across Twitter, Reddit, and Facebook.

Manage and optimize social media engagement on Twitter and Reddit.

Handle content redistribution to maximize reach and engagement.

Edit and optimize videos for online marketing purposes.

Execute YouTube marketing strategies to increase channel visibility.

Drive growth and engagement on crypto-specific channels such as Bitcointalk, Discord, Telegram, and Farcaster.

Implement and refine crypto marketing campaigns with a focus on Bitcoin and Ethereum.

Track, analyze, and optimize marketing performance to ensure the best ROI.

Required Qualifications & Experience

Minimum of three years full-time, verifiable online marketing experience.

Proven expertise in paid marketing on Twitter, Reddit, and Facebook.

Hands-on experience in crypto marketing and community engagement.

Knowledge of Bitcoin, Ethereum, and blockchain-related marketing.

Strong understanding of social media trends and engagement strategies.

Experience in video editing and creating promotional content.

Ability to multitask .
