Experience & Qualification Criteria :

• Degree / Masters or PHD
• Industry experience as an expat from South Africa
• Ideal industries would be from manufacturing, FMCG, Financial services
• Knowledge running the full function for multiple project sites, and strong leadership skills
• Strong management experience with a solid track record
• Strategic mindset
• Operational experience managing the divisional managers in HR, IT, Finance
