Job descriptionA minimum of First Degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce or similar qualification from a recognised university A minimum of Part II of the final certificate of ICA (Ghana) or ACCA A minimum of 7 years finance experience with at least 5 years in the Financial services / Banking industry Proficient in the use of an Accounting software Banking operations and regulatory frameworks both local and at the international level including IFRS reporting, BASEL 2 and other international standards Accounting principles, procedures, financial reporting standards and business planning processes Tax laws and related regulations Bank of Ghana regulations and Directives Developments and trends in the Financial Services industry Labour Law & Practice
