Join a UK-based digital agency as an Admin & Finance Assistant supporting a global remote team. This role suits someone organised, detail-driven, and eager to gain hands-on experience with finance and operations in an international company.
Key Responsibilities :
Keep financial data and records accurate and up to date.
Process invoices, payments, and receipts.
Assist with basic bank reconciliations.
Upload supplier bills and handle follow-ups on unpaid invoices.
Verify expense reports and organise documents.
Use Excel to manage and track financial data.
Maintain digital files and provide admin support to the team.

Compensation & Benefits :
Salary : R6,500 - R8,000 per month (based on experience)

2+ years’ experience in finance, accounting, or administration.
Understanding of bookkeeping and financial processes.
Strong Microsoft Excel and Office skills.
Experience using Xero or similar software (preferred).
