Job Description :
- Ensuring emergency equipment is readily available and function
- Demonstrating safety procedures and providing instructions to passengers
- Monitoring the cabin for any safety concerns or security threats and taking appropriate action.
- Assisting passengers and other crew members during emergency
- Welcoming passengers, assisting with boarding, and showing them to their seats
- Serving meals, beverages and other amenities
- Responding to passenger request, inquiries, and concerns
- Providing assistance to passengers with special needs, such as children, the elderly, or individuals with disabilities.
