Medical Sales Executive

We are a reputable and fast-growing healthcare company in Accra seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Medical Sales Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will promote and sell a diverse portfolio of medical and healthcare equipment, build strong professional relationships, and drive consistent sales growth across assigned territories. Key Responsibilities 1.Promote and sell medical and healthcare equipment to hospitals, clinics, pharmacies, and other healthcare facilities. 2.Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with doctors, pharmacists, procurement officers, and key decision-makers. 3.Identify and develop new business opportunities within the medical and healthcare sector. 4.Conduct product presentations, detailing sessions, and training for healthcare professionals. 5.Consistently achieve or exceed monthly sales targets. 6.Stay updated on product knowledge, industry trends, and competitor activities. Qualifications & Skills 1.Bachelor's Degree or HND in Marketing, Business Administration, Healthcare Management, Pharmacy, 2.Pharmacy Technology, or a related field. 3.Proven experience in marketing and sales; experience in the medical or healthcare industry is an added advantage. 4.Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. 5.Strong understanding of the Ghanaian healthcare and medical equipment market. 6.Highly self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision
