Motor & Tricycle Riders

Key Responsibilities

Operating the Motor bike / tricycle : Safely and efficiently operating a motorized motorbike / tricycle along assigned routes.

Transporting goods / passengers : Picking up and delivering packages, products, or sometimes passengers to specified locations.

Vehicle maintenance : Regularly checking the motor bike / tricycle for faults and ensuring it is cleaned and well-maintained.

Customer engagement : Interacting with customers in a professional and friendly manner, especially for sales-related roles.

Handling payments : Accurately managing cash or mobile payments and reporting daily sales.

Assisting with loading / unloading : Helping to load and offload items from the tricycle.

Reporting : Reporting daily sales, customer feedback, or delivery status to the employer.

Essential Skills and Requirements

Skilled rider : Must be a skilled and experienced tricycle rider.

Valid license : A valid rider's license is required.

Communication : Ability to read and speak English to understand delivery instructions and communicate with customers.

Professionalism : Maintaining a professional demeanor, ensuring the tricycle and any goods are presentable.

Trustworthiness : Being reliable, punctual, and trustworthy in handling goods and payments.

Physical fitness : The ability to work under pressure and manage physical tasks like loading and unloading.
