Job descriptionEngage and build fruitful relationship with Heads of churches, para-church organisations, christian business leaders and relevant government officials to court their support and participation in their bible ministry. Develop and maintain strong relationships with volunteers, BSG church representatives and BAM clubs Coordinate the celebration of Bible week across all denominations Ensure effective identification, training and coordination of volunteers and BSG church representations (BCG) for various BSG church related BSG activities and programs Coordinate local council or churches and strengthen their operations regarding BSG Ensure that the Bible society of Ghana becomes the christian organisation with the largest following in Ghana A 1st Degree from a recognised University and in a relevant discipline with a minimum of years work experience, 8 years must be in a managerial position Must be a go-getter and results oriented A second Degree will be an added advantage Excellent presentation skills Strong verbal and written communication skills Ability to build and maintain a network of potential donors and supporters Ability to plan, coordinate and manage self and team to deliver results Must have a strong problem-solving, analytical, organisational, interpersonal and team working skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and other applications Must have a valid driver’s license with a minimum of 2 years driving experience Confidentiality and integrity being truthful, trustworthy and reliable
