A UK-based digital agency is looking for an Accounts & Administrative Officer based in Ghana to support its remote finance and operations team. The company works with a wide range of clients and is seeking a detail-oriented, dependable professional to help manage financial data and daily admin tasks.
Key Responsibilities :
Enter and update financial records accurately.
Process invoices, receipts, and payments.
Assist with basic reconciliations and balance checks.
Upload bills and supplier invoices to the system.
Follow up on outstanding invoices and supplier queries.
Support expense tracking and verify documentation.
Manage Excel spreadsheets and digital files.
Provide general administrative support to the finance team.

Compensation & Benefits :
Salary : R6,500 - R8,000 per month (depending on experience)
40 days of paid annual leave
Fully remote role working directly with a UK-based company
Minimum 2 years’ experience in finance, accounting, or administration.
Basic understanding of bookkeeping and financial workflows.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Office tools.
Familiarity with Xero or similar accounting software is a plus.
Strong attention to detail and good time management.
Reliable, organised, and comfortable working remotely.
