Job descriptionEnsure the current and future technical capability of the Group. Maximise the utilisation of the discipline group and work with other Technical Discipline Leaders to maximise utilisation of all technical resources. Appoint and manage technical specialists and regional discipline leads. Develop, maintain and continuously improve discipline processes, guides, tools and templates. Ensure the technical quality of our product through the implementation of the technical governance processes. Support marketing and bid activities. Allocate appropriate resources to delivery teams to maximise value and production efficiency. Ensure the well-being of staff associated with the technical discipline. Relevant degree Minimum of 10 years’ experience in the wet sector Sector related qualifications Capability to manage from the front Dedicated operator Inspirational leader Process mind-set
Our client is driving the wet infrastructure sector globally. They provide services in, technical engineering and construction. The wet infrastructure sector serves a variety of water-related projects and programs ranging from the water supply, treatment and storage to water resources management.
