Content Writer & Community Manager

Overview

We are hiring a Reddit Content Writer and Community Manager to lead day to day participation across relevant subreddits. The role is focused on writing high quality native Reddit content, engaging in discussions, and managing brand presence through authentic community interaction. This role requires strong judgment, cultural awareness, and the ability to operate independently.

Core Responsibilities

• Write high quality posts and comments on Reddit that are native, authentic, and value driven
• Track brand mentions across relevant subreddits and respond appropriately when needed
• Participate in community discussions while matching tone, culture, and rules of each subreddit
• Research subreddits, threads, and emerging conversations to identify engagement opportunities
• Manage and update internal tracking systems for posts, comments, and engagement outcomes
• Apply basic SEO principles to Reddit posts when visibility is a goal
• Analyze engagement patterns and adjust content approach based on performance
• Communicate progress, insights, and issues clearly with the internal team
