Job descriptionMDM, Business Analysis, P&C insurance domain exp is must. Core Competencies : Data Analysis & SQL, MDM Project Exposure, Agile Project Delivery : Active contributor in Agile teams, participating in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives. Familiar with Scrum and Kanban methodologies. JIRA & User Story Creation, SQL Server, Oracle, Snowflake Informatica MDM, Talend, or other MDM platforms JIRA, Confluence Excel, Power BI, Tableau (for data visualization) Growth opportunities within the organization. The Role :
The Master Data Management Business Analyst will play a critical role in managing and optimizing the organization's master data. This position involves collaborating with various departments to ensure data accuracy and consistency across systems.
- Analyze and document business requirements related to master data management.
- Develop and maintain data governance policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with IT and business teams to implement data management solutions.
- Monitor data quality and integrity across systems.
- Provide training and support to users on data management practices.
Team Structure : You will work closely with data stewards, IT professionals, and business stakeholders to ensure effective data management.
