An international company is looking to hire a Motorcycle Delivery Coordinator. You will oversee and facilitate the logistics operations of the company. You will be responsible for coordinating personnel and processes to achieve the effective distribution of goods.
Your role will mainly require the effective management of deliveries, dispatch riders and their operational activities all across the country, and the logistics database, and systems.
Are you an excellent communicator with good multitasking skills? Do you have a knack for seeing things through? Do you have the ability to manage people, systems, and processes towards the timely and effective completion of deliverables? We are looking for you!
Responsibilities
- Manage the logistics operations
- Evaluate and report on KPIs and operations
- Supervise delivery orders, plans, and processes to ensure they meet client needs
- Plan and track the delivery of products according to customer requirements
- Develop and implement safety guidelines in all aspects of the logistics operations
- Recruit, train, and manage dispatch riders
- Communicate with suppliers, retailers, customers, etc. to achieve profitable deals and mutual satisfaction
- Keep logs and records of all deliveries
- Carry out any other task assigned by the Line Manager
Requirements
Reports to : General Manager
Budget :
The compensation range is GHS 2, – GHS 3, dependent on your experience in an equivalent role. Please note that compensation is subject to Ghana taxes.
