Job descriptionBachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Chemistry, or a related field preferred.Minimum of 3-5 years experience in sales, preferably in fuel additives, lubricants, motor oil, or related chemical products.Proven ability to proactively penetrate markets and achieve sales targets.Strong proficiency in using technology, including CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and email communication.Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.Self-motivated, capable of working independently with minimal supervision.Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask effectively.Develop and implement strategic sales plans to penetrate new markets and grow existing accounts.Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the fuel additives, lubricants and motor oil markets.Leverage technology and digital tools to manage sales pipelines, communicate with clients, and track sales activities.Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships through regular communication and follow-ups.Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals and quotations to potential and existing clients.Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.Monitor market trends, competitor activities and customer needs to adjust sales strategies accordingly.Report on sales performance, forecasts and market feedback to senior management.
