Job description
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Chemistry, or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years experience in sales, preferably in fuel additives, lubricants, motor oil, or related chemical products.
  • Proven ability to proactively penetrate markets and achieve sales targets.
  • Strong proficiency in using technology, including CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and email communication.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated, capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to penetrate new markets and grow existing accounts.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the fuel additives, lubricants and motor oil markets.
  • Leverage technology and digital tools to manage sales pipelines, communicate with clients, and track sales activities.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships through regular communication and follow-ups.
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals and quotations to potential and existing clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities and customer needs to adjust sales strategies accordingly.
  • Report on sales performance, forecasts and market feedback to senior management.
