Job description

Duties and Responsibilities

Ensure proper filling of all documents and records including invoices etc at all times to

ensure for easy retrieval.

Support weekly auditing of invoices / bills

Validation of Shop invoices

Liaise with the Operations Manager to monitor compliance with National laws and

regulations by ensuring all legal and regulatory documentation are completed and

submitted

Ensure prompt payment of suppliers who supply directly to the Company.

Ensure office supplies and cleaning materials are maintained, including checking

inventory and working with vendors to ensure adequate levels of necessary supplies at

all times

Operation and basic troubleshooting of office equipment like printers and computers.

Organizing executive itineraries like travel and corporate events.

Undertake any other duties periodically assigned by management.
