Product Knowledge :
Stay up-to-date on the latest insurance products, industry trends, and regulatory changes.Educate clients on the features and benefits of life insurance policies, helping them make informed decisions.Sales Strategy
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed individual and team targets.Identify new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and outreach programs.Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring ongoing satisfaction and loyalty.Provide continued support to clients post-sale, including policy reviews and adjustments as their needs change.Administrative Duties
Prepare and present insurance quotes and proposals to clients.Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions in the company's CRM system.Compliance and Ethics :
