Job descriptionLead cross-functional projects to improve processes and reduce costs Coordinate new product launches between R&D, production, and sales teams Manage timelines, resources, and budgets for operational initiatives Collaborate with sales teams to align production with market demands Analyze sales data to forecast production needs and optimize inventory Identify opportunities for operational improvements that enhance commercial performance Ensure all operations meet GMP, ISO, and regulatory standards Implement and monitor health & safety protocols across facilities Education : HND / BSc / MSc in Science, Engineering, Business, or Accounting Minimum 5 years in project management, with experience in operations / sales Background in FMCG, cosmetics, pharmaceuticals or related manufacturing Strong project planning and execution capabilities Financial acumen for budgeting and cost analysis Excellent communication and stakeholder management
