EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE

  • A minimum of a bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in marketing, sales, or customer service.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). REQUIREMENTS
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
  • Ability to create engaging content for digital marketing, social media, and sales presentations.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Must be attentive to detail and ability to manage data and customer records accurately.
  • Strong understanding of sales processes, including lead qualification, prospecting, and closing.
  • Ability to think creatively and develop engaging marketing materials, campaigns, and strategies.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, adapting quickly to new challenges and changing priorities.
  • Strong customer service orientation with the ability to build lasting relationships and resolve client concerns professionally.
  • Experience with email marketing platforms and social media tools

Our client, a real estate company, is looking to hire a highly motivated and results-driven SALES AND MARKETING ASSOCIATE to help with the operations of the company.

ROLE PROFILE

The successful candidate will be supporting the development and execution of marketing campaigns, assisting with lead generation, and helping nurture relationships with prospective clients by collaborating closely with both the marketing and sales teams. He or she will perform the following :

DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop quotes and proposals for clients
  • Interview clients to determine what kinds of properties they are seeking.
  • Conduct calls and face-to-face meetings with customers daily
  • Accompany clients to visits / inspections of properties
  • Supervise and respond to client email inquiries in a timely manner and provide knowledgeable company feedback
  • Participate in intermediate negotiation processes, advise clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements and related matters, ensuring a fair and honest dealing
  • Compare a property with similar properties that have recently sold to determine its competitive market price.
  • Promote sales of properties through advertisements, open houses, and participation in multiple listing services.
  • Coordinate appointments to show homes to prospective buyers.
  • Maintain positive business relationships to ensure future sales.
  • Build and maintain relationships with new and repeat customers
  • Maintain records of all sales leads and / or client accounts
  • Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedules
  • Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
  • Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new avenues to increase sales.
  • Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends
  • Monitor the company’s industry competitors, new products, and market conditions to understand a client’s specific needs.
  • Research organizations and individuals to find new opportunities.
  • Increase the value of current customers while attracting new ones and planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives.
  • Take meetings on behalf of the Managing Director, in case of his / her absence
  • Build and maintain relationships with new and repeat customers and contacting potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings
  • Maintain records of all sales leads and / or client accounts
  • Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new avenues to increase sales.
  • Attend conferences, meetings, and industry events and keeping abreast of best practices and promotional trends
  • Promote company's mission and value and continuously improve through feedback
  • Monitor the company’s industry competitors, new products, and market conditions to understand a client’s specific needs.
  • Develop marketing techniques and procedures to build client database
  • Develop goals for the development team and business growth and ensure they are met.
