About Us :

Although we started as a school, DevWorld Tech Academy is expanding and so we are establishing a new and ambitious creative firm based in Accra, Ghana, with a focus on delivering high-quality visual content across motion graphics, video editing, basic 2D & 3D animation, and multimedia production.

As we lay the foundation of our brand, we are looking for a highly creative and versatile Video & Multimedia Specialist to join us as our first team member and play a key role in shaping our visual identity and client deliverables.

Role Overview :

As our founding Multimedia Specialist, you will be responsible for producing a wide range of visual content — from motion graphics to short videos and basic 2D / 3D animations. You’ll work directly with the founder and early clients, taking projects from concept to completion. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is multi-skilled, self-motivated, and ready to grow with a startup.

Key Responsibilities :

• Design and produce engaging video content, basic animations, and motion graphics
• Edit raw footage into polished videos suitable for digital marketing and presentations
• Create visual assets for social media, branding, and advertising
• Collaborate on creative concepts, storyboarding, and visual direction
• Manage multimedia equipment and software
• Ensure consistent visual quality across all media
