Key Responsibilities :
Lead Generation & Outreach :
Identify and approach potential clients through cold calling, networking, and market research.
Initiate discussions with decision-makers to assess needs and propose tailored solutions.
Arrange and attend meetings with key clients, partners, and industry stakeholders.
Represent the company professionally, fostering trust and long-term relationships.
Develop and implement Business Development plans to achieve revenue targets.
Research market trends, competitor activity, and potential growth areas.
Maintain accurate records of leads, deals, and client interactions in HubSpot (CRM).
Collaborate with the UK and Ghana teams to align efforts with company objectives.
Office Management (40%)
Manage office supplies, equipment, and supplier agreements (e.g., internet, utilities).
Organise meetings, including scheduling, logistics, and minute-taking
Assist with basic bookkeeping, expense tracking, and invoice processing.
Liaise with the UK finance team to ensure smooth operations.
Act as the primary point of contact for office-related matters.
Coordinate travel arrangements and local events for staff and visitors.
Ensure adherence to local regulations (tax filings, permits, etc.).
Assist with onboarding new hires and maintaining personnel records.
Requirements :
3+ years in Business Development or sales (marketing, technology, or agency background preferred).
1+ year in office management, operations, or administration.
Proven ability to meet sales targets and manage office workflows efficiently.
Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) and interpersonal abilities.
Strong organisational skills with a keen eye for detail.
Proficiency in CRM systems (HubSpot), Microsoft Office, and basic financial processes.
Self-motivated, adaptable, and capable of managing multiple priorities.
