Job descriptionEvent Planning & Decoration Experience Hands-on experience in planning and executing events (corporate, weddings, parties, etc.). - Understanding of event logistics, timelines, and budgets. 2. Organizational Skills Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously. - Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities. 3. Communication Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to work with clients, vendors, and teams. - Ability to convey ideas clearly and provide constructive feedback. Decorations Qualifications : 1. Creativity Strong sense of aesthetics and design principles. - Ability to create visually appealing and thematic decorations. 2. Knowledge of Trends Familiarity with current trends in event decor, themes, and design. - Ability to incorporate client preferences and cultural elements into designs. 3. Technical Skills Proficiency in design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp) for creating event layouts and visualizations. - Knowledge of materials, lighting, and other decorative elements. Tutoring Qualifications : 1. Teaching Experience Experience in teaching, mentoring, or training others in event planning and decorations. - Ability to break down complex concepts into understandable lessons. 2. Curriculum Development Ability to create structured lesson plans and course materials. - Understanding of different learning styles and adapting teaching methods accordingly. 3. Patience and Empathy Ability to provide constructive feedback and support to students. - Patience in guiding students through challenging topics. Formal Qualifications : 1. Degree or Certification Diploma or Degree in Hospitality, Event Management, Interior Design, or related fields. 2. Portfolio A portfolio showcasing your event planning and decoration projects. - Testimonials from clients or employers to validate your expertise. Additional Tips : - Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in event planning and decorations. - Use real-life examples and case studies to teach practical skills. - Encourage students to participate in hands-on projects and simulations.
