  • Creativity
  • Strong sense of aesthetics and design principles. - Ability to create visually appealing and thematic decorations. 2.
  • Knowledge of Trends
  • Familiarity with current trends in event decor, themes, and design. - Ability to incorporate client preferences and cultural elements into designs. 3.
  • Technical Skills
  • Proficiency in design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp) for creating event layouts and visualizations. - Knowledge of materials, lighting, and other decorative elements. Tutoring Qualifications : 1.
  • Teaching Experience
  • Experience in teaching, mentoring, or training others in event planning and decorations. - Ability to break down complex concepts into understandable lessons. 2.
  • Curriculum Development
