Ashesi University is seeking full-time faculty to teach first- and second-year mathematics courses for students in Business Administration, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, and Economics majors. Our graduates’ confidence and comfort working with all kinds of numerical data boost their impact and leadership within many types of organizations, in different sectors, and across the world. We are looking for faculty to join our team with the understanding that teaching core mathematics goes beyond imparting formulas and procedures to developing students’ higher level quantitative reasoning skills, such as accurate interpretation, clear communication and representation of quantitative evidence, and developing models and conducting analysis in the midst of real-world ambiguity, etc.

General Requirements :
PhD or master’s degree in an area relevant to Business Administration, Economics, Data Science / Statistics, Computer Science, or Management Information Systems.
Ashesi University has an ongoing research project involving survey statistics. Applicants with PhDs and / or research experience related to the analysis of complex survey data are particularly encouraged to apply.
