COVID-19 forced an unprecedented experiment in flexible working, which is now driving a surge in demand for our flexible workspace solutions. To meet this demand, we are rapidly accelerating the growth of our global network. To deliver our ambition we are recruiting partners to open and operate IWG locations. Our target audience are building owners, franchise operators and competitors, we will work with our partners under a variety of commercial structures demanding a dynamic and broad based approach to business development.

Job Purpose & Responsibilities

This position is responsible for our growth across the Country both through contributing towards capital light network growth, and taking responsibility for making new and existing centres a success.

  • Grow our network through investment partners, landlords and partners in a capital-light way.
  • Maximize revenues by increasing conversion of sales leads and drive sales growth across multiple brands.
  • Generating awareness and visibility of the IWG partnership proposition in the market by developing B2B connections.
  • Converting commercial discussions into signed contracts with the support of the IWG legal team.
  • Spending a significant amount of time in the field, generating leads, meeting customers and closing deals.
  • Understand customer needs so we advise which solutions and products are appropriate.
  • Spend time with existing customers to improve customer satisfaction and look for opportunities to sell additional products and services.
  • Understand the local market to ensure pricing is competitive.
  • Be a strong brand ambassador, network with the local business community to gain market intelligence and generate sales leads
  • Understand the external competitive environment to inform our plans.
  • Selling space across existing and new centres in the Country, using your negotiation skills to build important long-lasting relationships and close deals while always looking for that next lead.
  • Continually assess your market and pro-actively hunt for new business.

Required Skills, Experience & Qualifications

  • Strong sales and commercial track record of driving profitable growth.
  • Senior B2B solution / service sales and business development background.
  • Tangible track record of driving the top line sales growth, improving results month by month.
  • Pro-active approach to networking within business communities to generate new leads.
  • Works with customers to understand their needs and finds solutions to their problems.
  • Proven ability to develop, manage, track, and close sales and pipeline opportunities.
  • Motivated, self- reliant, ambitious, and looking to join a team with significant growth aspirations.
  • Ability to motivate and drive sales teams, whilst ensuring they have the right resources, and are trained properly.
  • Monitor and measure performance through accurate and timely reports.
  • Professional and clear communication skills coupled with the ability to network at a high level and build strong business relationships.
