Job description

Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Insurance, or related field Minimum 5-7 years of experience in the insurance industry, business development or sales. Professional Insurance designations( CII-UK, CIIG, Diploma, Advance) Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets Experience with commercial lines, personal lines, or specialty insurance products. Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and industry-specific tools Strong project management and organizational skills.

  • Develop and implement comprehensive business development strategies to achieve company growth objectives
  • Identify and evaluate new market opportunities, product lines, and distribution channels
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform strategic decisions
  • Create and maintain a robust pipeline of potential clients and business opportunities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with brokers, agents, corporate clients, and industry partners
  • Develop strategic partnerships with key stakeholders in the insurance ecosystem
  • Manage existing client relationships to ensure retention and identify upselling opportunities.
  • Meet and exceed assigned revenue targets and business development KPIs
  • Negotiate contract terms, pricing structures, and service agreements
  • Develop customized insurance solutions to meet specific client needs
  • Monitor and report on sales performance, market trends, and competitive positioning.
