Software Support Specialist

First Degree or HND in Accounting, Marketing or Management Information Systems (MIS)Minimum 2 years working experience. Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment. Attention to detail with emphasis on accuracy and quality. Solid understanding of accounting, audit, and basic tax. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Responsible for the installation of Accounting Software marketed by the Company on Customer’s PC.
• Provide end user Training.
• Provide support to end-users for software marketed by our company.
• Setup Accounting Information Systems for Clients.
• Supervise inputs of client’s data to produce Trial Balance, Balance Sheet, Income-Expenditure reports.
• Configure Client Payroll Systems. Knowledge of Payroll Tax Calculations.
• Familiarity with Accounts Receivable and Payable Systems as well as Fixed Assets Systems.
• Stay up to date with product features and company support policies to maintain a high level of expertise and client service
