Job Role
Oversee the entire go-to-market process, managing all phases of the GTM strategy to ensure successful execution. This includes initial planning, resource allocation, timeline management, and continuous monitoring to ensure alignment with business objectives and successful market entry.Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to meet deadlines and achieve goals. Facilitate effective communication and coordination among these teams, ensuring that everyone is aligned with the GTM strategy and working towards common objectives.Conduct competitive analysis to inform strategic decisions. Regularly analyze competitors’ strategies, strengths, and weaknesses. Use these insights to identify opportunities and threats in the market and adjust the GTM strategy accordingly.Identify and address potential risks and issues proactively. Develop and implement mitigation plans to address these risks, ensuring smooth execution of the GTM strategy. Continuously monitor for new risks and adjust plans as necessary.Stay updated with market trends to optimize GTM strategies. Continuously monitor and analyze market trends, customer behaviors, and industry developments. Leverage this information to refine and optimize GTM strategies, maintaining a competitive edge.Develop and manage comprehensive project plans. Create detailed project plans that outline key milestones, deliverables, and timelines. Ensure that all tasks are completed on schedule and within budget, and adjust plans as necessary to accommodate changes.Prepare pre- and post-launch checklists and ensure all tasks are completed according to plan before and after the launch. Develop detailed checklists for pre-launch and post-launch activities, ensuring that all tasks are completed according to plan. Conduct thorough reviews to identify areas for improvement and make necessary adjustments.Education
Minimum of bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field of study.Experience Minimum of 5 years relevant experience in financial services with at least 3 years in a supervisory roleGood understanding of Fintech / SMEs and working environment of Government & International OrganisationsCompetencies
