We're seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Remote Digital Operations Manager to join our growing team. In this unique role, you'll play a vital role in building and customizing websites, managing plugins, and handling website migrations and launches. But that's not all! You'll also provide critical support to the CEO, acting as a trusted point of contact and assisting with a variety of tasks.
Key Responsibilities :
Operational Strategy : Develop and implement operational strategies to improve the delivery of digital marketing services, increase efficiency, and enhance client satisfaction.
Team Management : Supervise and lead a team of digital marketing professionals, including project managers, campaign specialists, and analysts. Provide guidance, support, and training to ensure the team's success.
Process Optimization : Continuously assess and refine operational processes to maximize productivity and quality. Identify areas for improvement and implement changes as necessary.
Client Relations : Collaborate with the client services team to understand client requirements, expectations, and feedback. Ensure client satisfaction by delivering high-quality services.
Resource Allocation : Manage resource allocation, including staffing and budgeting, to meet project demands and deadlines effectively.
Quality Assurance : Oversee quality control processes to maintain high standards of work. Develop and enforce quality assurance protocols and best practices.
Performance Metrics : Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of operations and make data-driven decisions.
Vendor Management : Collaborate with external vendors and partners as needed to support digital marketing campaigns.
Technology Integration : Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to recommend and implement tools and software that can improve operational efficiency.
Reporting : Generate regular reports on operational performance, project status, and key metrics to provide insights and transparency to leadership and clients.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field (Master's preferred).
Proven experience 5+ years in digital marketing services, with a focus on operations management.
Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, tools, and technologies.
Excellent project management and organizational skills.
Proficiency in data analysis and reporting.
Exceptional leadership and team management abilities.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
